Schedule:

• Day shift
• Three 11.5-hour shifts per week (07:00 – 19:30)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• NICU nursing experience with Level III acuity
• Proficient in managing critical neonatal cases and advanced life support techniques
• Strong interpersonal and multidisciplinary communication skills
• BLS and NRP certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert, compassionate care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multi-disciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient responses, and update electronic medical records accurately
• Provide family education and emotional support during challenging situations
• Adhere to facility safety standards and best practices in neonatal care
