Qualifications:

  • Current and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a NICU setting
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time travel assignment
  • Typical shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, monitor, and care for neonates in critical condition
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and document care accurately
  • Collaborate with providers, families, and care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate and support families during a challenging time
