Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment (shifts and scheduling to be discussed during interview)

Qualifications:

• Current RN license, eligible in Colorado
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ recent experience in a Level III/IV NICU required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to float to other departments as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical activities per state and facility standards
• Consistently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for neonatal patients
• Provide health education, supportive therapies, and restorative treatments
• Consult, supervise, and teach as appropriate to enhance patient care
• Refer for further evaluation or treatment as needed
• Document care accurately and comply with all regulatory guidelines
• Utilize resources efficiently and promote facility values
• May be required to participate in on-call rotation or float to additional departments within competency
