Deliver advanced neonatal care as a critical member of a high-performing NICU team. In this specialized role, you will support infants with complex medical needs, providing expert clinical interventions and personalized support to both patients and families.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage high acuity situations and respond effectively under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to neonates with a range of acute conditions
  • Monitor, assess, and document vital signs, medication administration, and patient progress
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate and support families throughout the patient’s NICU stay, ensuring they feel informed and reassured
  • Implement care plans, perform procedures, and respond to emergencies with precision and compassion
  • Maintain meticulous and timely patient records and adhere to all protocols and safety standards
  • Contribute to a positive environment by mentoring newer staff and supporting team development
