Registered Nurse - NICU in Frisco, TX

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year experience in a Level III or IV NICU
• Current BLS and NRP certifications

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity setting
• Monitor, assess, and document the condition of infants, administering medications and therapies as prescribed
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized NICU equipment, including incubators and ventilators
• Provide family-centered care, supporting parents with education and regular updates on their child’s progress
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergency situations
