Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Previous clinical experience within a NICU setting required
- BLS and NRP certifications

- Demonstrated capacity for empathy, patient advocacy, and family-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess preterm and critically ill infants, providing specialized care and interventions
- Administer medications, fluids, and nutrition as prescribed

- Support parents and families, offering education and emotional comfort regarding NICU care and procedures
