Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year experience in a Level II or III NICU setting
- Current certifications in BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Exceptional assessment, communication, and documentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgement
- Familiarity with advanced neonatal therapies and equipment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU
- Monitor vital signs, administer medication, and manage IVs according to neonatal protocols
- Assist with specialized procedures such as intubation, ventilator care, and surfactant administration
- Support and educate families regarding infant status, treatment plans, and discharge processes
- Accurately document care and communicate significant changes in patient condition to physicians
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment adhering to infection control standards

$2,106 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
