Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 7p–7a
- Every other weekend rotation
- No on-call shifts
- Schedule set in 6-week cycles
- Travelers will work approximately 75% of holidays
- Scrub color: Royal Blue
- Free onsite parking
Qualifications:
- RN with active nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Skilled in basic ventilator management, central line management, tracheostomy and G-tube care
- Experience with infant blood draws, gavage, bottle, and breastfeeding techniques
- Pre/post-surgical and blood transfusion experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care for neonates, from 23 weeks to term—including those with surgical needs
- Support infants through critical procedures and recovery phases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including NAs and charge RNs, utilizing EPIC EMR
- Float to General Pediatrics, PICU, Adolescent Pediatrics, and Pediatric Hem/Onc as needed
