Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 7p–7a
• Every other weekend rotation
• No on-call shifts
• Schedule set in 6-week cycles
• Travelers will work approximately 75% of holidays
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Free onsite parking

Qualifications:

• RN with active nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Skilled in basic ventilator management, central line management, tracheostomy and G-tube care
• Experience with infant blood draws, gavage, bottle, and breastfeeding techniques
• Pre/post-surgical and blood transfusion experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care for neonates, from 23 weeks to term—including those with surgical needs
• Support infants through critical procedures and recovery phases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including NAs and charge RNs, utilizing EPIC EMR
• Float to General Pediatrics, PICU, Adolescent Pediatrics, and Pediatric Hem/Onc as needed
