Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing (NY license preferred or compact eligibility)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent NICU experience required
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, specialized care to critically ill newborns and support their families
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in a collaborative setting
- Monitor infants for changes and document progress in accordance with best practices
- Educate parents on newborn care, post-discharge instructions, and available resources
