Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ recent NICU nursing experience preferred
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver independent and delegated nursing care in line with state nursing standards
• Perform ongoing health assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Educate and counsel patients and their families
• Provide restorative therapies and supportive care, either directly or indirectly
• Execute physician-directed medical functions and provide appropriate referrals
• Monitor and manage therapy plans, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Float to other departments and participate in on-call shifts as needed
