Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active RN license with current, significant NICU nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership or previous charge nurse experience in a NICU setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassion, effective communication, and mentorship abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day workflow of the NICU, ensuring proper patient care and staff deployment
• Provide hands-on neonatal nursing at a clinical expert level, especially in complex or emergent cases
• Serve as a resource to nurses and allied staff for clinical and procedural guidance
• Support orientation and ongoing professional development for care team members
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment in alignment with best practices
