Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with neonatal equipment, monitors, and electronic health records

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care for neonates with complex medical needs, including monitoring vital signs and managing specialized medical equipment
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and fellow nursing staff to implement and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutrition according to physician orders and NICU protocols
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Educate and support families through the NICU experience, offering compassionate guidance and clear communication
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with infection control policies

$2,106 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
