Qualifications:

  • Valid and current RN license
  • At least one year of recent experience in a NICU environment
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with interdisciplinary teams
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Schedule:

  • Full-time hours as outlined by facility requirements
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to neonates in a Level III or IV NICU
  • Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and promptly address acute situations
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established protocols
  • Support families by providing education, updates, and reassurance
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
