Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• At least one year of NICU experience, with strong clinical skills in a Level II or III setting
• BLS and NRP certifications (required)
• Demonstrated ability to assess, monitor, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing patient safety
