- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting

- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with advanced neonatal equipment and EMR documentation
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to infants requiring intensive medical attention
- Monitor, assess, and record vital signs and patient progress
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and specialized neonatal treatments
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Support families with education, updates, and emotional reassurance
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Accurately document all care provided in the EMR system
- Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and urgent situations
