Registered Nurse - NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) | Mason, Ohio

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, valid RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a NICU environment
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
• Experience with neonatal resuscitation and advanced clinical equipment preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care for critically ill neonates in accordance with established nursing protocols
• Monitor and document vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV lines
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with families, providing education and support throughout their NICU stay
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to a nurturing, healing environment

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
