Schedule/Hours:

• Travel contract assignment
• Flexibility required, may include varying shifts and on-call as scheduled

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Level III/IV NICU
• Current BLS/CPR certification (NRP strongly preferred)
• Excellent assessment, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and float to other units as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independent and delegated nursing and medical functions in line with regulatory and hospital standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate nursing care for neonatal patients
• Provide health education, counseling, therapies, and restorative treatments to promote patient well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as appropriate
• Accurately document all care activities and adapt to evolving patient needs
• Float to other departments and participate in on-call rotations if required
