Registered Nurse - NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) | Plano, Texas

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, family-centered care to neonatal patients in accordance with best practice standards
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assess reactions or complications in newborns
• Provide emotional support and education to families
• Communicate and collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
• Participate in emergency interventions and neonatal resuscitation when needed
