Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active RN license
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a Level II or Level III NICU
- Current certifications in BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Solid understanding of neonatal assessment, interventions, and technical monitoring equipment
- Effective communication skills to educate and reassure families
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
Schedule/Hours:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate nursing interventions for neonates in intensive care
- Accurately monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators or other advanced equipment
- Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Provide emotional and educational support to families navigating the NICU experience
- Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold safety and infection control standards at all times
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, escalating care as necessary
