Travel Registered Nurse - NICU in Pooler, GA

As a travel RN specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care, you'll gain invaluable exposure to advanced neonatal therapies and state-of-the-art equipment, deepening your expertise among a high-performing healthcare team. Schedule:

• 7:00 PM start time
• 12-hour night shifts

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience
• Experience independently admitting and managing vented pediatric patients (Servo-U ventilator)
• Proficiency with invasive and non-invasive ventilation therapies, including biPAP, CPAP, Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, F&P Bubble CPAP, Vaportherm, heliox, and nitric oxide
• Valid PALS certification required
• Familiarity with Epic documentation system preferred
• Hunter Green required uniform

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert care to critically ill neonates using advanced ventilatory strategies and therapies
• Setup, monitor, and manage complex respiratory equipment and protocols
• Admit, assess, and develop care plans for neonatal patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Float as needed within unit policy
