Travel Registered Nurse - NICU - Rincon, GA

This role provides an ideal setting for advancing your nursing practice through exposure to advanced neonatal technologies and varied leadership styles. You’ll gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment including Servo U and Drager VN500 ventilators, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vapotherm, and heliox therapy, all documented within the EPIC system. Working under a leadership team with recognized tenure and expertise, you’ll strengthen your skills while expanding your resume in a high-acuity critical care environment.

Schedule & Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts: 7PM start time

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license with 1+ year of Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience
• Proficient in vented patient management using Servo-U ventilators
• Experience with setup and management of heliox therapy, non-invasive ventilation (biPAP, CPAP)
• Adept with Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation in neonates
• Valid PALS certification
• Comfortable wearing hunter green uniforms (unit dress code)

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently admit and care for critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients
• Utilize advanced ventilatory support technologies
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff including unit secretaries and techs
• Document interventions and patient outcomes accurately in EPIC
• Ensure best practices for patient safety and comfort
