Registered Nurse - NICU in Sanger, CA

• Valid RN license with current credentials
• Proven NICU experience, demonstrating strong assessment and clinical skills
• Knowledge of neonatal care standards, equipment use, and best practices
• Ability to think critically and respond calmly in emergent situations
• Strong communication abilities for working with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to newborns requiring intensive support, including assessment, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and allied professionals to execute individualized treatment plans
• Provide education and comfort to family members, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their infant’s care journey
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with facility protocols
• Assist with admission, stabilization, and discharge processes for neonatal patients
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and privacy standards at all times
