Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 PM start time
• 12-hour shifts

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience
• PALS certification required
• Proven ability to independently admit and manage ventilated patients using Servo-U ventilator
• Experience with heliox therapy and non-invasive ventilation (biPAP, CPAP)
• Familiarity with Bubble CPAP, high frequency ventilation, and nitric oxide delivery
• Comfortable using Epic for documentation
• Must wear hunter green uniform

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive critical care to neonatal and pediatric patients
• Manage advanced respiratory support with devices including Servo-U, Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, and heliox therapy
• Safely admit, assess, monitor, and manage complex cases in the NICU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in Epic
