Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using EPIC charting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols and standards.
- Utilize specialized neonatal resuscitation techniques and life support measures as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear RN license.
- Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an RN in a NICU setting.
- Proficient with EPIC electronic medical records.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week in a contract role of 16 weeks duration.
- Flexibility to wear any color scrubs while maintaining a professional appearance.

- Local and travel rates available (travel rate applies outside a 50-mile radius).
