Deliver compassionate, high-level care to newborns in a specialized neonatal intensive care environment. This opportunity calls for an experienced Registered Nurse with a focus on NICU care, dedicated to providing critical support to infants and their families in a dynamic hospital setting. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • At least one year of NICU nursing experience preferred
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
  • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care to premature and critically ill neonates
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and adjust ventilatory support as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records
  • Educate and support families, advocating for patient needs
  • Follow established protocols and ensure compliance with NICU regulations and safety standards
  • Partner with medical team members, including neonatologists and respiratory therapists, to facilitate comprehensive care
