Registered Nurse - NICU in West Chester, OH

Deliver high-level nursing care in a dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) environment. Your expertise as a Registered Nurse in the NICU will be crucial in supporting premature and critically ill newborns, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes with compassion, skill, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Level II or Level III NICU setting
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with specialized NICU equipment and protocols
• Able to multitask efficiently within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication abilities, both with families and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to neonates requiring intensive monitoring and support
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for NICU patients
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition, administering medications and performing precise interventions as indicated
• Offer education and support to families, promoting understanding and involvement in their infant’s care
• Participate actively in quality assurance and safety initiatives within the NICU
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and NICU best practices

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
