Key Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- At least 1 year of recent RN experience in the Operating Room (OR)
- Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing for various surgical procedures
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong critical thinking skills under pressure
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate care for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to maintain sterile fields and support optimal outcomes
- Monitor and document patient status, intakes/outputs, and medication administration accurately
- Prepare the operating room and equipment according to case requirements and hospital protocols
- Advocate for patient safety, privacy, and comfort at all times
- Participate in surgical counts, instrument tracking, and supply management
