Schedule:
- Variable shifts based on surgical caseload and facility needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare the OR, ensuring proper equipment, instruments, and supplies for various surgical procedures.
- Circulate and/or scrub for a wide range of surgeries, adhering to best practices and infection control protocols.
- Support patient safety, positioning, and advocacy throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow nurses for optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all care and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record.
