Schedule:

• Full-time hours with rotating shifts
• Call coverage may be required based on surgical caseloads

Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operating room environment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• In-depth understanding of aseptic technique and perioperative protocols
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, patient-centered care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other health professionals
• Prepare operating rooms and maintain the sterile environment throughout all procedures
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes or emergencies
• Document all aspects of care accurately and in a timely manner
• Support infection control policies and maintain compliance with hospital standards
