Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with circulating and/or scrubbing in surgical cases
• Strong critical thinking skills with attention to details in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Prepare the OR by confirming equipment, supplies, and patient readiness
• Monitor patients throughout surgical interventions, maintaining a sterile field
• Advocate for patients, providing updates to families as needed
• Ensure post-surgical care protocols are followed for optimal recovery
