Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) - Arlington, TN

Experience a dynamic operating room environment where your expertise makes a critical impact every day. This contract role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in perioperative care and a passion for supporting surgical teams in a high-acuity setting.

Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts each week (6:45 am – 5:15 pm)
• Call requirements: 3-4 weeknights per 6-week period, one weekend, and one holiday per contract

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of circulating experience in General Surgery, Plastics, ENT, Robotics, or related specialties
• BLS certification
• Previous OR nursing experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgical setting
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to promote safe, efficient operative processes
• Ensure accurate documentation during all stages of the operative experience
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or changes in patient conditions
• Participate in required on-call rotations, demonstrating flexibility and reliability during off-hours

$2,105 - $2,227/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
