Experience an opportunity to work in a renowned main operating room equipped with 16 advanced surgical suites and cutting-edge technology. This assignment offers a dynamic environment alongside a highly skilled surgical team dedicated to patient safety and exceptional care quality.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night and weekend call required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Proficiency with transplant procedures
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant operating room experience (preferred)
  • Certification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR

Required Skills:

  • Solid background in operating room nursing
  • Comprehensive transplant procedural knowledge
  • Commitment to safe, evidence-based care
  • Adaptability in high-acuity, fast-paced surgical settings

Responsibilities:

  • Circulating and scrubbing on diverse procedures, including total joints, spine, kidney and liver transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care throughout the perioperative process
  • Adhering to established unit guidelines and policies
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in Meditech EMR
  • Participating in on-call rotation, including nights and weekends as scheduled
