Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) - Arvada, CO

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional perioperative care in a vibrant and technologically advanced operating room setting. This contract position features a 12-hour day shift schedule, running from 7 AM to 7 PM, with on-call night and weekend commitments.

The main operating room consists of 16 suites equipped to handle a wide variety of complex and advanced surgical procedures. The team utilizes Meditech EMR and works with new technology, fostering a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values skill and dedication.

Schedule:

• 12-hour day shifts, 7 AM - 7 PM
• Includes night and weekend call assignments

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license required
• Demonstrated proficiency with transplant procedures (kidney/liver)
• At least 3 years of recent operating room nursing experience preferred
• Certification in perioperative nursing highly desirable

Preferred Experience:

• Expertise in one or more of the following: total joints, spine, transplant, robotics, vascular, ENT, or plastics
• Strong adaptability to diverse case types and dynamic work environments

Role Expectations:

• Support surgical cases spanning total joints, spine, transplant, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastic surgery
• Deliver safe and effective patient care throughout the perioperative phases
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence
