Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night and weekend call required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Proficiency with transplant procedures
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant operating room experience (preferred)
- Certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
Required Skills:
- Solid background in operating room nursing
- Comprehensive transplant procedural knowledge
- Commitment to safe, evidence-based care
- Adaptability in high-acuity, fast-paced surgical settings
Responsibilities:
- Circulating and scrubbing on diverse procedures, including total joints, spine, kidney and liver transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care throughout the perioperative process
- Adhering to established unit guidelines and policies
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in Meditech EMR
- Participating in on-call rotation, including nights and weekends as scheduled
