Professionally, you’ll be joining a high-performing surgical environment within a major hospital featuring 14 advanced operating suites, including a hybrid CV OR and state-of-the-art Stryker Video systems. Working with a dedicated team of seasoned RNs, surgical technologists, and clinical leaders will expose you to a variety of leadership styles, workplace dynamics, and the latest in perioperative practices. Experience with multiple service lines and a 1:1 patient focus means you’ll sharpen your clinical skills and expand your resume with impressive case variety and acuity levels.
Position Details:
- Schedule/Hours
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (one day a week)
- Weekend on-call: Once every six weeks, contingent on SSC Ortho coverage
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Independent circulating nurse experience in the OR
- Adaptable and collaborative approach to changing needs
Preferred Experience:
- CNOR certification
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
- Ability to scrub is a plus
Typical Procedures:
- A full spectrum of surgical cases, excluding transplants
