This high-volume surgical environment features 23 state-of-the-art OR suites and a supportive, dynamic team of skilled clinical professionals. You will work 12-hour day shifts (7A–7P) alongside experienced RNs, CNAs, and sitters, all dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll have the chance to work with advanced equipment and the Meditech EMR system, deepening your expertise in a truly modern healthcare setting. Expand your knowledge base by circulating and scrubbing across diverse specialties—including orthopedics, spine, cardiovascular, plastics, GYN, robotics, and urology.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license and BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of acute care OR RN experience in a hospital setting
• Preferred: Experience in ortho/spine and cardiovascular procedures
• Adaptable, collaborative personality with a strong commitment to teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub for elective surgery cases across multiple specialties
• Maintain strict patient safety protocols and accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with OR teams, surgeons, and patients
• Adapt to dynamic scheduling needs and contribute to a supportive environment
