Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow team members for optimum patient outcomes
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and monitor equipment integrity in the operating environment
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all safety standards
• Support patient advocacy and deliver compassionate care throughout the surgical process

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure in the state or compact eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year recent operating room experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
