What You'll Bring:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of experience as an Operating Room RN
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
• Proven ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced surgical environments
• Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of sterile technique and perioperative workflows

Role Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in operating room procedures as required
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other perioperative staff to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety regulations
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families before and after surgical procedures
