Schedule:

• Day shift: 6:45am – 5:15pm
• Four days per week
• On-call rotation included

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
• Active, unencumbered RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with requisite clinical hours; 1+ years of direct patient care preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based OR patient care using the full nursing process
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and communicate quality care
• Document care accurately and timely, ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance
• Foster a patient- and family-centered care environment, adapting delivery to age, diagnosis, and cultural needs
• Mentor and support other clinical staff as preceptor or role model
• Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and professional development initiatives
