As a valued RN in the Operating Room, you’ll work proactively within an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with experienced professionals and leadership who use progressive, evidence-based approaches. Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift: 6:45am – 5:15pm
• Four days a week, with call responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum requirement: completion of accredited nursing program with required clinical hours
• Experience with direct patient care preferred
• Strong English communication, basic computer skills, superb time management
• Critical thinking, adaptability, and ability to excel in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, relationship-based, high-quality perioperative care using the complete Nursing Process
• Partner with patients and families for optimal outcomes
• Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration
• Support professional practice standards, participate in evidence-based initiatives, and promote continuous improvement
• Mentor and support fellow nurses and students, upholding best practices and maintaining a healthy work environment
