Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience (required)
• Documented travel nursing experience and up-to-date resume
• 2 recent references from OR supervisor/manager
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• EMR experience with EPIC (required)
• Ability to scrub preferred (not required)
• Experience in Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Eye surgeries (required)
• Pediatric OR experience preferred
• FLU VACCINATION MANDATORY (no medical/religious exemptions allowed)
• Nicotine-free (testing required)
• OR experience in hospital setting; office surgery not accepted
• Skills checklist matching specialty
