Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Atlanta, Georgia

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license without restrictions
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an OR nurse in acute care settings
• BLS certification required; additional certifications such as CNOR preferred
• Proficient in circulating and scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, able to anticipate surgeon and team needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after operative procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow surgical team members
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure proper surgical asepsis at all times
• Assess patient conditions continuously and respond rapidly to emergent situations
• Document all care accurately and in a timely manner, following facility protocols
• Support patient safety and advocate for their well-being throughout the surgical experience

$1,877 - $1,986/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
