Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse Assignment
Soliant is seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses for a travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. This opportunity is based in Atlanta, Georgia at a high-volume outpatient surgical center supporting a large multispecialty surgical team with a strong focus on efficiency and same-day surgical care.
Assignment Details
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia
- Schedule: Days | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM | 40 hours/week
- Duration: 13-week contract (extension potential)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Position Type: Perm diem / contract support roles
- Setting: Outpatient surgical center with multiple OR suites and PACU/pre-op units
Responsibilities
- Provide circulating and perioperative nursing support across multiple operating rooms in a fast-paced outpatient surgical setting
- Assist with pre-op and PACU patient flow, ensuring safe transitions through surgical care phases
- Support a wide range of surgical specialties in collaboration with surgeons and anesthesia teams
- Maintain efficient turnover and high-quality patient care standards in a high-volume surgical environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience required
- Active Georgia RN license (or compact eligibility)
- Strong experience in perioperative and outpatient surgical settings preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment with multiple concurrent surgical teams
- Travel experience preferred, but not required
