As an RN Clinical Periop Nurse, you’ll play a vital role on an interdisciplinary care team, ensuring high-quality, individualized care for patients and their families in a dynamic clinical environment. Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift (Weekday Mid shift beginning at 10:45am)
• 3 on-call shifts within a 4-week schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, evaluation), rooted in evidence-based practice
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally-sensitive, patient-centered care
• Partner with patients, families, and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation
• Promote and participate in performance improvement and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Mentor nursing colleagues and support a healthy work environment
• Uphold all relevant clinical and ethical standards, including regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license (Georgia or compact multi-state)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• At least 2-3 years of recent experience as an OR circulator in a multi-service operating room
• Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to evidence-based practice, and ability to thrive in fast-paced situations
• Basic computer skills and English proficiency
