Schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
- Includes night and weekend call
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Demonstrated clinical experience in the Operating Room setting
- Required: Experience with transplant procedures
- Preferred: Certification in perioperative nursing and at least 3 years of recent OR experience
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in main OR procedures such as total joints, spine surgeries, organ transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
- Strong adaptability using technology; comfortable with Meditech EMR
- Proven commitment to patient safety, infection control, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care across a broad range of complex surgical services
- Demonstrate precise clinical judgment and anticipation of surgical team needs
- Uphold strict adherence to facility and unit guidelines/policies
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff in a 16-OR suite
- Participate in call rotation for nights and weekends

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
