Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Aurora, CO

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
• Includes night and weekend call

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated clinical experience in the Operating Room setting
• Required: Experience with transplant procedures
• Preferred: Certification in perioperative nursing and at least 3 years of recent OR experience

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in main OR procedures such as total joints, spine surgeries, organ transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
• Strong adaptability using technology; comfortable with Meditech EMR
• Proven commitment to patient safety, infection control, and interdisciplinary collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care across a broad range of complex surgical services
• Demonstrate precise clinical judgment and anticipation of surgical team needs
• Uphold strict adherence to facility and unit guidelines/policies
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff in a 16-OR suite
• Participate in call rotation for nights and weekends
