An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to support a dynamic Main Operating Room team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional perioperative care in a high-acuity environment, with exposure to cutting-edge surgical procedures and a collaborative staff.
Schedule:
- 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Includes night and weekend call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub for a wide range of surgical procedures including total joints, spine, kidney/liver transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
- Collaborate efficiently with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Demonstrate proficiency in Meditech EMR documentation
- Uphold and follow established unit guidelines and policies
- Support surgical cases in a 16-room, state-of-the-art operating suite equipped with the latest technology
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- Proven proficiency in transplant procedures (kidney and liver experience essential)
- At least 3 years of experience in an operating room setting strongly preferred
- Specialty certification highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
