Working in a dedicated and state-of-the-art facility, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the latest advances in spine and joint procedures, including complex spine fusions, ALIFs, and total joint replacements. Collaborate alongside seasoned professionals in the International Hip Preservation Center, embracing new workplace practices and leadership styles that can expand your nursing skill set and deepen your clinical expertise.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shifts, 7A – 7P, Monday through Friday
  • No overnight call required; on-call hours are 5P–11P weekdays, weekends are call-only

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with at least 1 year of recent acute care hospital Operating Room experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience handling spine and joint OR cases

Preferred Experience:

  • Joint Scrub experience
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to spine and joint patients
  • Circulate and, if able, scrub on advanced orthopedic and spine surgeries
  • Communicate effectively with surgeons, peers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain readiness for quick response during on-call shifts (30-minute response time)
