Engage with a seasoned team in a high-performing floor specializing in spine fusions, total joint replacements, and comprehensive hip preservation. With three dedicated ORs and a collaborative staff of 60 professionals, you’ll experience a blend of supportive culture and diverse workplace practices. Your exposure to multiple providers and unique patient cases will not only enrich your clinical experience but also allow you to observe a variety of leadership approaches and workflow strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital OR experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Spine and joint procedural experience
Preferred Experience:
- Joint scrub background
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for spine and total joint procedures, including spine fusions and ALIFs
- Foster effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and surgeons
- Participate in on-call with a 30-minute response requirement (call only on weekends and nights; no overnight stay needed)
- Document patient care using Meditech/CPN and uphold facility standards
