Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative care to surgical patients throughout all phases of the operative experience
• Circulate and scrub for procedures across multiple specialties, adapting quickly to shifting priorities
• Assist with patient assessment, documentation, preparation, and recovery
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and surgical technologists to support optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold strict adherence to infection control, sterile technique, and patient safety protocols
• Respond effectively to urgent and emergent intraoperative situations

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license valid for practice
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience (circulating and/or scrubbing)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical environment
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus, though not required
