Schedule:

• Day shift (United States of America)
• 6:45am–5:15pm, four days a week with on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Current RN license (single state or compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association, Red Cross, or Instructor level)
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with clinical hours
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care required; experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; excellent time management and critical thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based perioperative care as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Partner with patients and families using relationship-based communication and teaching
• Coordinate and document care with efficiency and accuracy
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Serve as a mentor for fellow nurses and support a collaborative workplace culture
