Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification highly desirable
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the OR and assist in surgical procedures alongside surgeons and surgical techs
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards at all times
- Document care and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Support the implementation of physician orders and respond to emergencies as needed
- Coordinate with the surgical team to provide optimal patient outcomes

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
