Schedule/Hours:

• 4 ten-hour shifts weekly
• Shift times: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Rotational call required
• No local candidates within a 50-mile radius

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Solid expertise in the Operating Room, with strong skills in robotics and neuro
• Circulating experience required (scrubbing not required)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Capability to adapt quickly in fast-paced surgical settings

Core Responsibilities:

• Circulate for operating room procedures in accordance with facility protocols
• Ensure the safe, efficient flow of surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, providers, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and infection control
• Document procedures per regulatory and hospital requirements
• Contribute to a supportive team environment during call hours
