Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care during all phases of the surgical process: preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative
- Prepare patients for surgery, verifying documentation and consent forms
- Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in clinical status
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for optimal workflow
- Document all care provided and patient assessments accurately
- Utilize advanced operating room equipment and technologies safely and efficiently
- Support patient advocacy and education before and after procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted RN license
- Previous experience as an Operating Room RN required
- BLS and ACLS certification (current)
- Proficiency with perioperative nursing and surgical instrumentation
- Superior organizational and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
