Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Proven experience working as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
• Proficiency with circulating and/or scrubbing roles in a variety of surgical procedures
• Ability to respond quickly in high-pressure or emergency situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and other OR staff
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room for various surgical procedures, ensuring strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with surgical team members, providing safe, efficient patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures, identifying and responding appropriately to any changes
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation and records
• Support post-anesthesia care and postoperative transitions as needed
• Consistently uphold infection control and patient safety standards
