Location Overview:

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years in inpatient surgery
  • Proven trauma experience at a Level 1 trauma center required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Competency in at least five services relevant to operating room nursing
  • Positive, adaptable mindset with excellent communication abilities

Schedule:

  • 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
  • Workdays Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized nursing care in the operating room, supporting surgical teams in trauma and inpatient procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care quality
  • Maintain readiness to respond to trauma cases with professionalism and clinical expertise
  • Uphold high standards of patient advocacy and interprofessional communication
