Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible travel assignment; specific schedule details provided during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in diverse surgical procedures, providing expert care pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• Monitor patient status and anticipate surgeon and surgical team needs
• Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and safety protocols
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with surgical teams, anesthesia providers, and support staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided
• Educate patients and families as needed regarding pre- and post-operative care
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the OR

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in Operating Room nursing
• Familiarity with circulating and scrubbing for a broad range of procedures
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional perioperative credentials preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and commitment to excellence
