An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room (OR) to provide compassionate, individualized care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
- Strong orthopedic nursing experience required
- Proven ability to deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively with providers, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accountability for patient care and advocate for patients’ needs
- Collaborate with surgical teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Support patients and families through education and emotional support
Schedule and Work Details
- Contract position with a guaranteed 36 hours out of 40 hours worked
- Role requires availability within a 70-mile radius
