Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license (New York state or compact eligible)
• Minimum of two years’ recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Scrubbing and circulating experience strongly preferred
• Excellent critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care, including scrubbing and circulating
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to ensure seamless procedures
• Maintain surgical asepsis and adhere to infection control protocols
• Monitor and advocate for patient safety throughout the perioperative process
• Prepare the operating room and equipment in advance of surgeries
